Dr. Kleinman then graduated with his medical degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in 1980. He performed his anesthesiology residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York from 1982 to 1985. He then completed a cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship from 1985 to 1986 from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.
With over four decades of experience, the doctor is board-certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA).
